1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact.
2. Eligible Items for Return/Exchange
Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Damaged Item: If the item arrived with clear defects or damage from shipping. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
3. Non-Returnable Items\nDue to the nature of collectibles, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Blind Boxes, Booster Packs, and any factory-sealed products that have been opened. The value of these items lies in their sealed, unknown nature.
Limited Edition & Exclusive Items: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, these high-demand items are considered final sale.
Items with minor packaging imperfections: While we strive for mint condition packaging, minor shelf wear, small creases, or dents on the box from the manufacturer do not qualify as damage.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
For damaged items, please attach clear photos.
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
5. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, per your preference. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
