-
Any noticeable damage will be disclosed in the product description.

The Company is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. Pre-Orders
3.1 Definition
A Pre-Order refers to a product that is not currently in stock and is paid for in advance. The item will be shipped once received according to the estimated release date stated on the product page.
3.2 Release Date
-
The stated release or arrival date is estimated and subject to change.
-
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, international shipping, or customs clearance.
3.3 Orders Exceeding 60 Days
If the expected arrival time exceeds 60 days:
-
Customers must not combine in-stock products with the pre-order item in the same order.
-
If combined, the Company reserves the right to cancel the pre-order item automatically.
-
The customer will be notified via the registered phone number.
-
The pre-order amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable payment gateway or transfer fees.
-
In-stock items will be processed and shipped separately.
3.4 Order Status
-
Pre-orders remain under “Preparing” status until the item arrives at the Company’s warehouse.
-
Once received, the order status will be updated to “Ready,” and the customer will be notified.
3.5 Cancellation of Pre-Orders or Special Orders
Pre-orders and special orders are secured based on the customer’s confirmed commitment. The Company may incur non-refundable costs to secure the item from suppliers.
Accordingly:
-
If the customer requests cancellation after confirmation, the Company reserves the right to deduct the actual costs incurred in securing the product.
-
Such costs may include (without limitation): supplier reservation fees, non-refundable deposits, bank transfer fees, payment gateway fees, and contractual obligations entered into based on the customer’s order.
The deduction percentage depends on the nature of the product:
-
Standard or locally sourced products: up to 30% deduction.
-
Limited or specially imported products: up to 40% deduction.
-
Extremely rare or individually secured items: up to 50% deduction.
-
The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
-
This deduction is not considered a penalty, but compensation for actual incurred costs.
-
Cancellation is not permitted once the product has been shipped from the supplier or entered the international shipping stage.
3.6 Inability to Supply
If the Company is unable to supply the product for reasons beyond its control, a full refund will be issued to the customer without deductions.
4. Auctions
-
Winning an auction creates a binding obligation to complete payment within the specified timeframe.
-
Auction purchases cannot be canceled once won.
-
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and account restriction.
-
Auction items are considered final sale and non-refundable.
5. Orders & Payments
-
All orders are subject to product availability and price accuracy.
-
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical errors or pricing mistakes.
-
Orders cannot be modified once payment is completed.
-
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
-
Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page.
-
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
-
Once a tracking number is issued, shipment tracking becomes the customer’s responsibility.
-
If a shipment is not received and is returned to the Company, shipping fees will be deducted before issuing any refund.

Due to the nature of rare and limited collectibles:
-
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or significant discrepancies from the product description.
-
A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
-
The product must remain in its original condition and unused.

The customer bears return shipping costs unless the error is caused by the Company.
