product description
“Smart Bomb!” is the title of TMNT Issue #39 from September 1991 — a uniquely humorous and chaotic departure from the typical action-focused tone of the series.
The story throws the turtles into a cartoonish misadventure involving smart missiles, desert road chases, and a terrified rabbit leaping for dear life.
The artwork embraces an indie-comic, absurdist style that defines early '90s underground humor, making this issue a cult favorite among retro collectors and Ninja Turtles fans who appreciate the weirder side of the franchise.
